We’re recruiting for a Plant HR Operations Manager for a large industrial manufacturing site in the Little Rock area.
This is a hands-on, plant-level HR role supporting a diverse, multi-shift production workforce. The right candidate will bring strong generalist HR experience and the ability to partner closely with operations leaders, supervisors, and hourly employees.

What You’ll Do
- Lead plant-level HR support for a large manufacturing workforce
- Partner with operations on staffing, workforce planning, shift coverage, and retention
- Manage employee relations, investigations, attendance, discipline, and policy compliance
- Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and development for hourly and technical employees
- Track HR metrics including turnover, attendance, grievances, staffing levels, and engagement
- Coach supervisors on workplace conduct, documentation, and consistent HR practices
- HR experience in manufacturing or a similar industrial environment
- Strong background in employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
- Experience supporting hourly production teams in a high-volume operation
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse, multi-shift workforce
- Larger plant or complex manufacturing site experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Relations, or related field preferred
