We’re recruiting for a Plant HR Operations Manager for a large industrial manufacturing site in the Little Rock area.
This is a hands-on, plant-level HR role supporting a diverse, multi-shift production workforce. The right candidate will bring strong generalist HR experience and the ability to partner closely with operations leaders, supervisors, and hourly employees.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead plant-level HR support for a large manufacturing workforce
• Partner with operations on staffing, workforce planning, shift coverage, and retention
• Manage employee relations, investigations, attendance, discipline, and policy compliance
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and development for hourly and technical employees
• Track HR metrics including turnover, attendance, grievances, staffing levels, and engagement
• Coach supervisors on workplace conduct, documentation, and consistent HR practices

Compensation includes base salary plus an 8% target bonus.
