LaSalle Network is hiring for a Product Manager to join a growing team at our client in Chicago. This Product Manager role is a direct hire opportunity for someone ready to own meaningful product initiatives and influence roadmap decisions from day one. You’ll work closely with engineering, design and leadership to deliver products that drive measurable business impact.

As a Product Manager, you’ll translate customer and business needs into actionable plans, ensuring teams are building the right features at the right time. This is an ideal role for a driven Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, in-office environment.

What’s the job?

• Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration
• Own and maintain the product roadmap, aligning priorities with company strategy
• Write clear user stories and product requirements for engineering and design teams
• Define KPIs, track product performance and adjust strategy based on insights
• Communicate updates and documentation clearly to stakeholders
• Champion customer needs through research, interviews and analytics
  
  

What’s needed?

• 4 years of experience as a Product Manager with end-to-end ownership
• Experience supporting web, desktop and/or mobile applications
• Strong communication, organization and prioritization skills
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity
• Ability to work fully onsite in Chicago, Monday through Friday
