Responsibilities
- Renewal Management: Manage and prioritize the software and service renewal pipeline in Salesforce, tracking timelines to drive opportunities to closure.
- Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding quotes, renewals, and order statuses via phone and email.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with service support, sales support, and order entry teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date customer records in Salesforce and assist with pipeline tracking using Power BI.
- Team & Operations Support: Provide administrative coverage during team absences and progressively take on more direct ownership of renewal accounts as experience grows.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or equivalent business experience.
- Proficiency in the use of PCs and software, including CRM databases. Salesforce experience preferred, but not required.
- Proven interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) for frequent contact with internal and external customers, as well as leadership.
- High degree of motivation, goal-driven, self-starter.
- Proven organizational and time management skills; ability to set priorities and work independently.
- Employment Type: Contract (6 months)
- Hybrid work environment: 4 days remote, 1 day onsite
- Location: Kentwood/Grand Rapids industrial corridor
- Hourly Pay Range: $25.00-$30.00/hr
