What's the job?
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for salaried and hourly positions, with a focus on corporate, leadership and operational roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Create compelling job postings and sourcing campaigns to attract qualified talent
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking events and employee referrals
- Conduct candidate screenings, phone interviews and coordinate interview processes
- Extend offers, negotiate compensation and guide candidates through onboarding
- Own and enhance recruiting workflows and ATS processes within Paycom
- Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruiting events and career fairs
- Assist with HR projects and administrative responsibilities as needed
- 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in agency, corporate or blended recruiting environments
- Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume recruiting activity, including 30 open requisitions
- Experience creating and improving recruiting processes
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- Paycom experience strongly preferred
- Interest in supporting broader HR initiatives beyond recruiting
- Construction, field services or operations recruiting experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
