Axios Professional Recruitment is partnered with a well-established plastics distribution and processing company seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their Grand Rapids office. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, customer-focused, and driven to support both company goals and customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage an established customer base with an intention to exceed customer expectations in every interaction
- Price and process new business, cancellations, and changes
- Solve customer delivery and material challenges with a sense of urgency
- Communicate any updates to existing orders including unexpected delays
- Collaborate with the operations team and territory managers on behalf of the customer
- Document all order updates to ensure accurate tracking and communication
- Perform any other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business, or related field experience
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, proportions, area, circumference and volume
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience using CRM or data tracking systems
- Desire to grow within an organization and contribute to a team environment

Salary : $54,000 - $60,000
