Compensation: $130,000-160,000 base salary

- Build & Lead People Strategy: Architect and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports business growth, employee experience, and culture
- Lead Expansion Staffing: Oversee workforce planning and hiring strategy for U.S. and European growth
- Drive Talent & Organizational Development: Optimize structure and roles for performance, while leading development and succession initiatives
- Be a Culture Champion: Partner with leadership to embed values, drive engagement, and foster inclusion across all sites
- Design Competitive Compensation Programs: Align pay, benefits, and incentive strategies with talent retention goals
- Modernize HR Systems: Oversee tech implementation for streamlined HR operations and insights
- Lead DEI Initiatives: Embed equity and belonging into all people practices and policies
- Ensure Compliance & Mitigate Risk: Maintain alignment with employment laws and best practices
- 10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5 years in senior leadership
- Strong background in manufacturing, food ingredients, or supply chain-based industries
- Track record of scaling HR functions during periods of growth or international expansion
- Exceptional communication and executive presence
- Strong understanding of labor compliance, safety standards, and employee relations in operational environments
- Strategic mindset and hands-on leadership style
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
