Food Safety & Quality Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced Food Safety & Quality professional to support our client's plant operations and help strengthen food safety and quality programs. If you enjoy being hands-on in a manufacturing environment, leading audits, and partnering with teams to solve problems, this role will be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Own key food safety and quality programs across the plant
• Lead audits, certifications, and routine risk assessments
• Troubleshoot plant or product issues using root cause analysis
• Maintain compliance in allergens, sanitation, traceability, and training
• Develop and update SOPs and ensure teams are following them
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of food safety experience in a food manufacturing environment
• HACCP certified (required)
• PCQI certified (required)
• Confident working in a plant setting and presenting to leadership
  
  

Bonus Skills

• Food defense training
• Sanitation knowledge
• Experience supporting pest control programs
