About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to oversee daily operations across critical social services programs, including domestic violence, immigration, behavioral health, and elderly care. This role is pivotal in implementing systems, training leadership, and operationalizing processes to ensure impactful service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across social services programs.
• Implement systems and structure to enhance efficiency across departments.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 15 years in operations, ideally within social services or nonprofit sectors.
• Background: Familiarity with programs like domestic violence, immigration, behavioral health, and elderly services.
• Key Competencies: Self-sufficient, strong decision-making skills, technically savvy, and capable of training supervisors effectively.
• Software Proficiency: Paylocity, Salesforce, Excel, Canva.
