What You’ll Do
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve customer deductions related to pricing, promotions, freight, and returns while ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution.
- Maintain and manage detailed trackers of deduction statuses, approvals, and resolutions for accurate, transparent reporting.
- Identify deduction trends and recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy and reduce future discrepancies.
- Issue chargebacks when appropriate to recover funds and uphold financial integrity.
- Support month-end processes through accurate tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of deduction activities.
- 2 years of experience managing customer deductions in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
- Advanced systems and software proficiency:
- Proficient in SAP (required) and Trade Promotion Management (TPM) or similar systems.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, nested formulas) with the ability to manage large datasets and perform complex reconciliations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and implement efficient solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
