Sr. Business Systems Analyst - HRIS

A global organization is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support large-scale HR technology transformation initiatives and serve as the primary liaison between Human Resources and Information Technology.

This position will play a critical role in business process analysis, systems implementation, data mapping, vendor management, and enterprise HR technology strategy. The ideal candidate combines strong HRIS expertise with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology partner for HR stakeholders
• Gather and document business, functional, process, and technical requirements
• Support enterprise HR system implementations and transformations
• Coordinate integrations, data mapping, testing, cutover planning, and vendor activities
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions
• Drive issue resolution, risk management, and project communications
• Support production readiness and post-go-live stabilization
• Develop reporting, analytics, dashboards, and executive-ready summaries
• Partner across global teams to support enterprise HR technology initiatives
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, HRIS, HR Technology, or related enterprise application environments
• Experience supporting core HR systems and employee lifecycle management
• Experience leading requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and integration efforts
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with both business and technical teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Darwinbox, UKG, Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors
• Global HR technology implementation experience
• ServiceNow, Power BI, SharePoint, SSO, or integration experience
• PMP, CBAP, Agile, HRIP, Lean, Six Sigma, or related certifications
• Vendor management and enterprise transformation experience
  
  

Compensation

$120,000-$140,000 base salary

Additional compensation opportunities may be available based on internal compensation programs.
