Field Marketing Manager

LaSalle Network is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to drive local market growth for a leading medical device organization based in NJ!

This is a field-based, relationship-driven role focused on building referral partnerships, developing community relationships, supporting local events, and generating incremental patient/customer volume.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, entrepreneurial marketer who enjoys being out in the market, building relationships, and turning local opportunities into measurable results.

This position requires local travel throughout the state of New Jersey, so having a vehicle and being able to drive throughout the contract is critical to the success of the role (mileage/ gas will be able to be expensed!).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives designed to increase awareness, referrals, leads, and patient/customer volume.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, referral partners, community organizations, and other local stakeholders.
• Conduct in-person outreach, meetings, networking, and relationship-building activities throughout the assigned market.
• Identify, coordinate, and execute local events, community programs, educational sessions, and grassroots marketing opportunities.
• Partner with local teams and subject-matter experts to support events and community outreach.
• Manage basic lead follow-up and relationship nurturing after events and meetings.
• Track field activity, referrals, leads, and other KPIs to understand what is driving results.
• Partner with regional and corporate leadership to identify market opportunities and continuously improve the local growth strategy.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in field marketing, healthcare marketing, community marketing, events, business development, partnerships, or a related field.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, dental, wellness, or another service-oriented industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and communication skills.
• Comfortable conducting in-person outreach with healthcare professionals and community partners.
• Organized and able to manage multiple relationships, activities, and priorities independently.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial, with the ability to operate in a new role without an established playbook.
• Comfortable working in a highly field-based environment and traveling throughout the assigned market.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Success will ultimately be measured by the ability to turn local marketing activity into measurable growth, including increased referrals, new relationships, qualified leads, and incremental patient/customer volume.

This is a contract opportunity for 6 months to start with the potential to convert in 2027.
