We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Account Representatives to join their rapidly expanding Seattle team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with their valued partners. You will be a key point of contact, ensuring their success on their platform, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing exceptional support. Account Representative Responsibilities

  • Acquire new partners in your region through a robust sales approach, combining significant cold-calling efforts (aim for 50 dials/day) with strategic in-person pitches.
  • Cultivate strong first impressions as an ambassador for our platform, effectively communicating our unique benefits to forge enduring partnerships.
  • Execute contract negotiations to secure agreements that are financially viable and sustainable for both the restaurant and our company.
  • Contribute to process improvement by collaborating with Account Management to ensure seamless and efficient onboarding experience for every new partner.
  • Maintain consistent engagement with prospects through proactive phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.

Account Representative Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months total of professional sales experience
  • Experience with Salesforce and Google Suite
  • Good communicator and enjoy working on teams that value collaboration
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and demonstrate persistence and perseverance, you aren't fearful of rejection or cold-calling

Please note this is a direct hire opportunity that pays a base salary of $50k with an OTE estimate of $80k-$85k within Year 1. They also offer full comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision 401k other perks/benefits.
