What’s the job?
- Code inpatient records using ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS
- Review detailed clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure compliance with CMS and regulatory standards
- Communicate with providers to clarify and improve documentation
- Manage a steady volume of complex cases with precision
- Stay agile as workflows and priorities evolve
- RHIT, RHIA, or CCS certification is required
- 3 years of inpatient coding experience
- Experience in large hospitals (500 beds preferred)
- Strong command of ICD-10-CM/PCS coding
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Epic or Solventum experience preferred
- Compensation: Direct Hire at $38–$40/hour
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
