RFI Communications & Security Systems is recognized as one of the nation’s leading physical and logical security integrators. Our team is looking for an Account Representative who will be responsible for successfully selling RFI Security Integration Subscription Services and Solutions.
The successful candidate must be a proven self-starter, with a strong business development background, and the ability to act independently.
Education, Work Experience and Requirements:
High school education, or equivalent, required.
At least 1 year of experience in Security and/or Life Safety, Construction, or HVAC sales required.
Ideal candidates will have 5 or more years of experience, excellent time management and organizational skills and be proficient in the following computer programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM).
This position requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance.
Account Representative Responsibilities:
Tactical execution of the sales development plan.
Perform site walks with customers to determine customer needs.
Identify and properly qualify new business opportunities.
Prepare and facilitate presentations, system demonstrations and proposals.
Close sales, lead negotiations and finalize agreements with customers.
Maintain regular updates on sales activities including customer calls, appointments, presentations and project opportunities in Salesforce.
Provide management with regular sales activity and business development updates.
Ability to carry out multiple assignments concurrently.
Coordinate complex decision-making process
Analyze sales data and develop recommendations and solutions.

Compensation:
$65,000-$95,000 Base Plus Uncapped Commission
