Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to support our bustling kitchen environment. Responsibilities

• Thoroughly wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques to meet health standards.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and cooks.
• Maintain cleanliness of all work areas, including countertops, sinks, floors, and storage spaces, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment.
• Support catering and banquet events by providing timely food prep assistance and ensuring all serving ware is ready for service.
• Handle food items safely by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to hygiene protocols.
• Restock supplies as needed, including dishware, utensils, and cleaning products to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with team members across the restaurant or hotel environment to uphold high standards of cleanliness and service quality.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with food service operations, including bussing tables or basic food prep tasks, is a plus.
• Experience working in banquet or catering environments can be advantageous for supporting large events.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling safety standards, and kitchen sanitation practices is beneficial.

Pay: $21.18 - $25.51 per hour
