- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings.
- Restock bar supplies and ingredients efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering, banquet, or food service occasions, ensuring timely delivery of drinks and food.
Skills
- Proven experience in food industry roles such as restaurant, nightclub, or banquet service, with a strong foundation in hospitality.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and managing tabs accurately.
