A Night in the Life:

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and staff with professionalism and courtesy
• Monitor security systems, respond to alarms, and report unusual activity
• Conduct routine campus patrols to check doors, lighting, and safety conditions
• Handle emergency situations calmly and contact appropriate responders
• Create and dispatch work orders for residents and staff needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
• Communicate important updates to incoming shifts and leadership
• Assist with campus valet services when required, including coordinating vehicle assistance for residents and guests and ensuring safe and courteous vehicle handling
• Support general administrative and concierge duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One year of receptionist, concierge, security, or customer service experience preferred
• Valid Kansas Driver’s License
• Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and phone systems
