A Day in the Life:

• Greet and seat residents and guests with warmth and professionalism

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system

• Serve meals and beverages efficiently, ensuring excellent presentation and accuracy

• Check in with residents during meals and respond promptly to additional service needs

• Perform side work including table setup, restocking, and cleaning to maintain a polished dining room

• Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and smooth service

• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols

• Respond to resident feedback and service needs with respect and a helpful attitude

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English

• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality settings preferred

• Physical exam showing freedom from communicable diseases required

• Courteous, dependable, and team-oriented
