Job Summary For SHM Integrator – (Denton, TX)
- Role: SHM Integrator (Manufacturing focus, Wiring Harnesses)
- Location: Onsite, Denton, TX (Relocation paid)
- Reports to: SHM Application Owner
- Direct Reports: None
- Serve as an expert on SHM solution deployment and support.
- Capture business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure end-to-end integration of SHM suite with existing IT systems.
- Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for SHM in production environments.
- Monitor system alerts and proactively address potential issues.
- Analyze, document, and escalate defects/evolutions using ticketing systems.
- Support business units during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live.
- Organize and execute non-regression and performance tests.
- Define and test backup and recovery plans.
- Perform and maintain SHM solution setup, including functional and technical settings.
- Define/write functional requirements and integration tests based on business needs.
- Identify required system interfaces and coordinate integration.
- Plan and communicate project activities and escalate deviations as needed.
- Enforce project quality, methodology, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Set up data management procedures (archiving, cleansing, restoring).
- Adhere to and implement health, safety, and environmental programs.
- Promote and participate in Safety Management System culture.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
- 3 years of related experience in IT, manufacturing, or application support.
- Experience with Information Technology, Citrix, SQL, and data formats (XML/CSV/XLS).
- Good understanding of IS/ITIL processes, project management, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong functional specification writing skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, curiosity, and team spirit.
- Willingness to travel internationally 6-10 weeks per year.
- English proficiency (90% ), French a bonus.

Salary : $70,000 - $120,000
