Job Summary: Salesforce Architect – Financial Services – Commercial Real Estate
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for financial services clients, ensuring scalable, best-practice CRM solutions.
- Design and configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including custom development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow).
- Architect and deliver integrations with enterprise systems (portfolio management, data warehouses, reporting tools) using APIs and modern data frameworks like Azure Data Factory and Snowflake.
- Define and implement secure, compliant security models (role-based access, data sharing) tailored to financial services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.
- Provide architectural leadership and mentorship to development and consulting teams.
- Drive process optimization and automation leveraging Salesforce Flow, AI-driven insights, and predictive analytics.
- Oversee testing, user acceptance, and deployment processes including CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Requires 10 years of Salesforce architecture experience, ideally with a background in private equity, commercial real estate, or alternative asset investment.
- Must have direct experience supporting private equity firms (not just their portfolio companies).
- Strong hands-on skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, API integrations, and modern middleware/ETL tools.
- Commercially minded, entrepreneurial, and effective in client-facing, strategic roles.
