Job Summary (Records Management Specialist): (Wasgington D.C)
- Perform records management activities in compliance with Federal government privacy and legal requirements.
- Assist with analysis and reporting for Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act (PA) processes.
- Manage FOIA and PA correspondence, requests, and ensure timely, policy-compliant responses.
- Perform technical tasks related to Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system maintenance.
- Contribute to development of information management policies and governance for Microsoft 365 and Salesforce applications.
- Manage content and permissions for SharePoint sites.
- Create and execute PowerShell scripts for reporting and records management tasks.
- Compile, transcribe, and maintain data and indexes for reports.
- Ensure all work products are thoroughly proofread and free of errors, omissions, and inconsistencies.
