Job Summary: Senior Oracle ERP Developer (Boston, MA)
- Lead the technical design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle ERP systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud/Oracle EBS R12).
- Develop and customize Oracle ERP solutions, including integrations with third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
- Design and generate custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and SQL.
- Manage data migration activities, develop system extensions, forms, and workflows using Oracle ADF, VBCS, and APEX.
- Serve as the technical expert, mentor junior developers, review code, and establish best practices.
- Monitor and tune system performance, optimizing SQL and PL/SQL for efficiency.
- Provide Tier-3 technical support, troubleshooting complex production issues and implementing permanent fixes.
- Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, migration scripts, and architecture diagrams.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional analysts, and project managers to deliver robust enterprise solutions.
- Utilize strong knowledge of Financials, SCM, or HCM processes and work within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Maintain and leverage active Oracle Cloud Certifications; experience with Oracle APEX, Visual Builder, and ITIL processes is a plus.
