- Serve as subject matter expert in HR domain, with deep knowledge of HR processes, technologies, and transformation.
- Lead and manage large-scale HCM (Human Capital Management) transformation projects, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors.
- Define and drive HR strategies, including organization change management and advisory services.
- Plan and facilitate customer workshops and discovery sessions to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Advise and collaborate directly with C-level executives on HR transformation strategies.
- Provide advisory and assessment services during RFP/RFI phases and for SAP SuccessFactors initiatives.
- Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation and optimization engagements for clients.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure cohesive delivery and regional alignment.
- Develop integration blueprints and solution roadmaps for HR technology transformation projects.
- Act as a thought leader, keeping abreast of latest HR technology trends and innovations.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Hold an SAP SuccessFactors certification and demonstrate experience leading complex HR projects from strategy through execution.
Salary : $80 - $85
