Job Summary (List Format) – Office Manager/HR Assistant - W2
- Support full range of Human Resources functions for the organization
- Partner with leadership on strategic HR initiatives
- Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations
- Coordinate onboarding process for new hires
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for office needs
- Administer performance management review cycles
- Ensure compliance with and management of employee and office policies and procedures
- Monitor office budgets and manage supplier relationships
- Utilize MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel, in daily tasks
- Require Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 3-5 years’ HR experience
- Demonstrate strong organizational, critical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail
