Job Summary (List Format) – Office Manager/HR Assistant - W2

  • Support full range of Human Resources functions for the organization
  • Partner with leadership on strategic HR initiatives
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations
  • Coordinate onboarding process for new hires
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers for office needs
  • Administer performance management review cycles
  • Ensure compliance with and management of employee and office policies and procedures
  • Monitor office budgets and manage supplier relationships
  • Utilize MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel, in daily tasks
  • Require Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 3-5 years’ HR experience
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, critical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail
