Network Engineer II - Local to WI
- Design, architect, and implement complex enterprise-level network solutions (LAN, WAN, wireless, and data center).
- Configure and manage advanced routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS).
- Deploy and maintain network security solutions (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS), including access control and remote access.
- Plan and execute network upgrades and migrations with minimal downtime.
- Monitor and optimize network performance for reliability, speed, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex LAN, WAN, and wireless network issues, performing root cause analysis.
- Maintain and update network documentation, such as diagrams, configurations, and SOPs.
- Manage relationships with vendors and coordinate with service providers.
- Implement and enforce network security best practices and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct network security assessments, vulnerability testing, and respond to security incidents.
- Lead and manage network infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
- Mentor and provide technical support to junior network engineers.
