- Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Lead product delivery in an Agile environment, supporting sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles for timely, high-quality solutions.
- Analyze user feedback, usage data, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvements and innovation in SharePoint services.
- Manage large-scale enterprise product rollouts and ensure seamless adoption of collaboration platforms.
