Job Summary (List Format) – ITAM Governance Lead at Accenture (Houston, TX, Hybrid)
- Lead the establishment and implementation of the CRBG ITAM Governance Framework across the enterprise.
- Develop, enforce, and optimize ITAM governance processes and procedures to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with key departments (Procurement, Finance, IT Security, Legal) to define and manage ownership, accountability, and compliance metrics for IT assets.
- Design and implement KPIs and reporting mechanisms for asset performance, contract utilization, software licensing, and vendor compliance.
- Act as the ITAM Subject Matter Expert (SME) for enterprise architecture, transformation programs, operational initiatives, and IT control audits.
- Drive ITAM governance initiatives and influence cultural change across the organization.
- Support cost-optimization efforts and ensure regulatory and internal compliance of IT assets.
- Provide advisory support on ITAM best practices to cross-functional teams.
- Opportunity to establish a new ITAM Governance Framework for a major enterprise, with potential for full-time conversion after 6 months based on performance.
