Job Summary: IBM Certified Curam Developer
- Government experience required
- IBM Curam Certification required
- Significant development experience with IBM Curam, specifically DDI of HCR and CGIS products (mandatory)
- Onsite role in Columbia, SC (Day 1)
- Minimum 4 years of technical experience with IBM Curam framework
- Experience with Curam OOTB modules: Workflow, Tasks, CER rules, Evidence framework (static & dynamic), IEG, Web-services, Java/J2EE
- Responsible for designing and documenting technical design documents based on requirements
- Develop and unit test software components/APIs per project coding standards
- Write complex SQL queries and reports
- Conduct data mapping and gap analysis for business needs alignment
- Assist technical leads/architects with analysis, POCs, and decision-making
- Develop new functionalities and resolve defects using Curam framework
- Serve as onsite technical resource for the MMS project
- Provide technical/analytical guidance to project team and vendors
- Advise on best practices, review solutions, and communicate risks/alternatives
- Collaborate with business analysts, subject matter experts, technical managers, and development leads on requirements and design
- Work with Quality Product Manager and vendors to ensure deliverables meet standards and deadlines
- Report project status, issues, and risks to leadership and team members
- Translate and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance principles and Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS)
- Experience with Python, NodeJS, ReactJS/Angular, and JSON
- AWS/cloud platform experience
- Profiling/troubleshooting IBM Curam code (OOTB & custom)
- Delivery experience in waterfall, scrum, agile methodologies
- Strong written/verbal communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, technical science, or related field
- IBM Curam Certification
