Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in enterprise software quality assurance and advanced testing.
• Proficiency in IBM Curam software testing and functional validation.
• Experience in translating complex business requirements and policy into technical test scenarios.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence for defect management and documentation.
• Experience with designing and running automated testing scripts for UI and regression.
• Experience in healthcare or Medicaid operational environments and business processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans, QA frameworks, and User Acceptance Testing procedures.
• Execute functional, negative, and usability testing to ensure software reliability and stability.
• Perform quality assessments to identify security vulnerabilities, technical defects, and optimization needs.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve open issues and maximize system performance.
• Maintain defect databases and track functional improvements based on survey data and user reviews.
• Publish detailed status reports regarding open gaps and articulate technical findings to developers.
• Lead quality walkthroughs and inspections to enforce adherence to established testing governance.
