What are the responsibilities and job description for the ITAM Analyst - Contractor position at EY?
- Responsible for supporting the design, configuration, and rollout of ServiceNow ITAM modules (Hardware Asset, Software Asset, License Management)
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, operations, and IT teams to define asset lifecycle processes, data governance, and cost optimization strategies
- Configure workflows, business rules, dashboards and reports in ServiceNow ITAM reflecting asset inventory, license utilization, procurement spend, and compliance posture
- Maintain data accuracy: reconcile asset records, track contractual/licensing obligations, and identify cost reduction opportunities
- Assist with training, documentation and adoption of ITAM processes within the service management framework
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field
- 3 years of experience in IT asset management, software license management or ServiceNow ITAM delivery
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITAM modules
- Strong data analysis skills, accuracy orientation, and ability to transform data into insights
- Effective communication skills and ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders
The expected pay rate range for this contract assignment is $60.00 to $70.00 per hour. Exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location.
