- Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, managing complex product portfolios with multiple workstreams and cross-functional dependencies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, product strategist, and delivery leader within the Transformation Product Management organization.
- Partner with business, technology, finance, operations, and executive leaders to define product outcomes, prioritize demand, and deliver measurable business value.
- Develop and maintain transformation strategy, capability roadmaps, and align them with business objectives and technology dependencies.
- Oversee product intake, prioritization, governance, and support decision-making processes.
- Drive business capability and process modernization to improve operational effectiveness and scalability.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional execution across diverse teams and external partners.
- Track outcome metrics, monitor progress, communicate risks, and ensure value realization from delivered capabilities.
- Plan and enable adoption, readiness, communication, and change management activities to support transformation.
- Own and direct executive communications, stakeholder alignment, and facilitate key meetings and workshops.
- Define product strategy, scope, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalate as needed for timely decisions.
- Develop and manage integrated plans, schedules, and resources for transformation initiatives.
- Lead financial planning, business case development, and budget management for transformation programs.
- Ensure quality, readiness, and delivery assurance for all transformation deliverables.
- Manage vendors, procurement activities, and partner relationships to ensure contractual and business objectives are met.
- Drive continuous improvement of transformation operating model, governance, and delivery practices.
- Apply proven experience in transformation, product management, program management, and business technology initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong business/technical acumen, executive communication, financial and vendor management, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
