- MDM Solution Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions for key data domains (Supplier, Customer, Product, Reference Data).
- Implement data quality, matching, merging, and survivorship rules to ensure creation and maintenance of golden records.
- Support data governance by translating policies, standards, and stewardship workflows into technical solutions.
- Enable and monitor data stewardship processes, resolving data quality issues.
- Full-Stack Development & Integration:
- Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices to provide master data to downstream systems.
- Build and enhance front-end components and stewardship interfaces supporting MDM workflows.
- Design and develop integrations between MDM platforms, ERP systems (especially Oracle R12 and Cloud), and other enterprise applications.
- Leverage cloud-based integration and messaging technologies (e.g., Azure Event Hubs, Service Bus) for real-time and event-driven data synchronization.
- Data & Platform Engineering:
- Perform data modeling and schema design aligned with enterprise master data standards.
- Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL for data processing, validation, and reporting.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize MDM and integration performance.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or 7 years relevant experience)
- 4 years of application/data engineering experience with direct MDM exposure
- Strong understanding of MDM concepts (data governance, golden records, survivorship, data quality, stewardship workflows)
- Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (e.g., Oracle MDM/EDM, Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, Semarchy, Profisee)
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs and microservices
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills
- Experience with Oracle technologies and ERP integrations (Oracle ERP, OIC)
- Familiarity with cloud messaging/integration tools (Azure Event Hubs, Service Bus)
- Experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), and automated testing
- Reports onsite to Cleveland, OH office.
- Collaborates with data governance leaders, business stakeholders, ERP teams, and downstream system owners.
