Job Responsibilities:
- Design and build business process automations and enterprise system integrations using low-code platforms like Workato and Power Automate.
- Develop AI-powered automation solutions, including LLM-based agents and intelligent workflows.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Handle data transformations within workflow automations to ensure data accuracy.
- Establish automation standards and best practices, creating reusable templates and governance frameworks.
- Ensure reliability, security, and performance through rigorous testing and monitoring.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies in AI and automation platforms, contributing to the team's automation roadmap.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Data & AI, PMO, Tech Ops, and business teams.
- 8 years of experience building enterprise integrations and automations.
- Expertise with low-code integration platforms such as Workato, Power Automate, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integration patterns, and enterprise application architectures.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with modern AI/ML frameworks and APIs, and proficiency in scripting or programming languages like Python or JavaScript.
- Proficiency with SQL for data querying and transformation.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Workday, or NetSuite.
