Workflow Automation & Integration Engineer

Company Overview:

A global software investor with over $90 billion in assets under management is seeking a Workflow Automation & Integration Engineer to join their Business Systems team. This role will focus on building intelligent workflows and AI-powered automations to support the firm's operations at scale.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and build business process automations and enterprise system integrations using low-code platforms like Workato and Power Automate.
• Develop AI-powered automation solutions, including LLM-based agents and intelligent workflows.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Handle data transformations within workflow automations to ensure data accuracy.
• Establish automation standards and best practices, creating reusable templates and governance frameworks.
• Ensure reliability, security, and performance through rigorous testing and monitoring.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies in AI and automation platforms, contributing to the team's automation roadmap.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Data & AI, PMO, Tech Ops, and business teams.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience building enterprise integrations and automations.
• Expertise with low-code integration platforms such as Workato, Power Automate, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integration patterns, and enterprise application architectures.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with modern AI/ML frameworks and APIs, and proficiency in scripting or programming languages like Python or JavaScript.
• Proficiency with SQL for data querying and transformation.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Workday, or NetSuite.
  
  

Compensation: Salary: $150,000 – $240,000, Plus Bonus
