Job Responsibilities:
- Support operational aspects of transactions including acquisitions, add-ons, restructurings, and exits.
- Work with treasury to set up new bank accounts and manage funding logistics.
- Support deal execution workflows and ensure accuracy of transaction-related data.
- Execute capital calls and distributions related to SPV.
- Oversee SPV entities, liaising with external parties for financial statements and compliance.
- Respond to Limited Partners’ requests related to SPV entities.
- Monitor SPV cash balances and handle expense payment processing.
- Maintain custody operations and coordinate with the global finance team.
- Support in ad-hoc tasks and projects as they arise.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment operations, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of private equity fund structures and deal processes.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Advanced analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
