Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and actively monitor client wealth systems, including asset allocation, performance, and liquidity
- Organize, maintain, and synthesize client information and data for portfolio oversight
- Coordinate client workflows and partner with internal teams across reporting, investments, and operations
- Contribute to new business initiatives through prospect research and preparation of materials
- 1–2 years of professional experience with the ability to manage and synthesize complex information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
