This role offers broad exposure across the firm's global investment platform and involves meaningful ownership of complex partnership structures and related finance processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ownership of quarterly and year-end accounting and reporting for assigned partnerships
- Oversight and review of daily transactional activity for large portfolios of funds, including capital calls and distributions
- Preparation and review of annual tax basis books, including tracking and review of K-1 activity
- Management of fund administrative activities, including cash management, treasury responsibilities, and tax withholding analysis
- Active collaboration with stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives to enhance reporting and controls
- Participation in process improvement, documentation, and systems-related initiatives
- 3 years of accounting experience with investment companies or public accounting with audit and/or tax experience
- Solid understanding of investment partnerships and partnership accounting concepts
- Advanced MS Office, particularly Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred, master's degree a plus
