A leading private equity firm with a focus on communications, media, information, and business services industries is seeking an Investor Relations Associate. The firm targets middle market companies in North America and Europe, investing in sectors with high barriers to entry and strong cash flow potential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the preparation of fundraising materials, including Private Placement Memoranda, Due Diligence Questionnaires, and investor presentations.
- Maintain and update quarterly marketing materials in coordination with the deal, finance, and legal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with the quarterly reporting process, including investor letters and updating operating metric trackers.
- Manage and organize virtual data rooms to support fundraising and due diligence processes.
- Maintain and update investor databases, CRM systems, and fundraising pipelines.
- Prepare internal fundraising updates and reports for senior management.
- Provide support for investor roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings.
- Serve as a key point of contact for investor inquiries and due diligence requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Support the Investor Relations team in managing inbound investor communications and strengthening long-term LP relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0–2 years of experience in investor relations, private equity, asset/wealth management, consulting, portfolio/performance analytics, investment banking or related financial services (internship experience will be considered).
- Solid understanding of core financial concepts; exposure to private equity is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
