Investment Operations – Associate

Company Overview:

A leading global investment firm with nearly $300 billion in assets under management is seeking an Investment Operations Associate. The role involves providing accurate and timely information to investors and collaborating with various internal teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect, monitor, and maintain LP subscription documents for new fundraises
• Serve as primary point of contact for investor onboarding inquiries
• Record and maintain investor records in systems and populate LP reference data
• Monitor Investor Services mailbox and phone line, validate requests, and coordinate responses
• Coordinate responses to investor inquiries with internal teams
• Partner with internal teams to ensure investor-facing documents are accurate and timely
• Assist with posting LP communications to the investor portal
• Collect, monitor, and maintain LP transfer requests
• Establish fundraising data room and maintain access and permissions
• Determine LP attributes and ownership for acquisition vehicles
• Work across business units to ensure consistent practices in Investor Services
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Expertise with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau preferred
• Familiarity with the private equity industry and Anti-Money Laundering practices
  
  

Compensation: Pay Rate: $50 – $60/hr, DOE
