A global investment manager in Boston is hiring a Settlements Analyst to join their team. The role focuses on maintaining high service levels and improving operational infrastructure across equity, fixed income, and FX settlements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor trade settlement of equity, fixed income, and derivative transactions
- Maintain accurate custodian and broker settlement instructions
- Ensure timely receipt, detailed review, signoff, and storage of all OTC derivative confirms
- Evaluate and issue claims to recover fees from brokers or custodians
- Assist on ad hoc projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- 1-3 years of industry experience supporting the lifecycle of listed securities and derivatives
- Working knowledge of SWIFT messaging
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., MS Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) and prompt engineering
- Knowledge of Aladdin, TradeNexus, and Alert is a plus
