Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global total rewards strategy that supports business objectives and promotes a competitive, equitable compensation and benefits framework.
- Serve as the firm's subject matter expert on compensation and benefits trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
- Design, implement, and administer competitive, performance-driven compensation programs.
- Manage mid-year and year-end compensation cycles and oversee payroll administration.
- Lead the design, management, and communication of benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Partner with senior leaders to develop employee recognition and rewards programs.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track compensation, benefits, and engagement metrics.
- Manage and mentor direct reports, fostering professional growth within the HR team.
- 10 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field; CCP or CEBS certification a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
- Experience managing benefits programs and compensation cycles end-to-end.
- Familiarity with federal and state regulatory requirements governing compensation and benefits.
- Strong Excel modeling skills and experience with Google Suite and Rippling.
- Must be based in the Greater Boston area and willing to work on a hybrid schedule.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without any sponsorship.
