Must Have Functional System Testing Key Skills Required System Integration Experience System Verification Experience Degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), Software Engineering (SW), or Biomedical Engineering (BME) Main Responsibilities Develop Tests Execute Tests Identify Issues with the Product (failed tests) Products Supported Spinal Cord Stimulation Systems –Clinician Instruments, Patient Instruments, and Implantable Stimulators Target Years of Experience 5-10 years Work Schedule The role requires a hybrid work schedule with at least 4 days a week onsite. Responsibilities Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Perform technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation Evaluate alternatives including cost and risk, supportability, and analyses for total systems Ensure logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into total systems solutions Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies Specialist Career Stream Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or direct the work of other lower-level professionals.
