Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient/Rehab | High Pay + Great Benefits

VibrantCare Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Casa Grande, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed PT passionate about providing high-quality patient care within a supportive, respectful, and collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients requiring skilled physical therapy services.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Document treatment, goals, progress, and medical necessity accurately and on time.
• Supervise and provide direction to Physical Therapist Assistants and aides.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, coworkers, and facility staff.
• Participate in facility meetings, clinical in-services, and case management activities.
• Maintain compliance with state practice regulations, Medicare requirements, OSHA standards, and company policies.
• Maintain required continuing education and current CPR certification.
• Support positive relationships with patients, facilities, and healthcare partners.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program or substantially equivalent international education.
• Current state Physical Therapist license/registration as required.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to supervise and mentor PT assistants and aides.
• Strong computer and clinical documentation skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift and assist patients using proper techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday.
• Ability to push wheeled equipment and perform necessary clinical and documentation tasks.

Base Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year (Based on Experience)
