• Working knowledge of inventory control, asset lifecycle management, request fulfillment, equipment readiness, and customer support.

• Experience supporting R&D, engineering, technical support, asset management, inventory, laboratory, or service operations.

• Perform approved basic troubleshooting, configuration checks, reset validation, firmware or application-access support, and escalation to the correct partner team.

• Create and maintain clear how-to guides, process instructions, troubleshooting information, and knowledge resources.
