Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Salary: $100,000 DOE

We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle Management to lead and optimize revenue cycle operations for a growing behavioral health organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee billing, coding, claims, denials, A/R, and collections.
• Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to improve revenue performance.
• Optimize Netsmart EHR billing workflows and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, Florida Medicaid MCOs, and commercial payer requirements.
• Lead revenue cycle teams and drive process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• 7 years of revenue cycle experience, including behavioral health, with 2 years in senior management.
• Netsmart EHR and Florida Medicaid/MCO experience required.
• Experience with FQHCs or community health centers preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytics, billing compliance, and denial management skills.
• Must pass required drug screening and Level II background check.
