Job Summary
ITS House staff work independently and as part of a treatment team to support Developmental Services clients also experiencing a psychiatric crisis. Staff help clients maintain their safety using a variety of skills including the following: crisis intervention, supportive counseling, medication monitoring, observation and assessment, assistance with ADLs, coordination of treatment, maintaining a safe and clean unit, and completion of all related documentation.
Requirements
Required: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and personal vehicle with current registration, state inspection, and appropriate insurance.
Preferred: Safety training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
