Speech Language Pathologist
Lacamas Creek Post Acute is excited to welcome a caring and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to our rehabilitation team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function while working in a positive and supportive environment.
Compensation and Incentives
- $40 to $65 per hour
- $10,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Hires
- Sign on bonus paid quarterly

Primary Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapy services related to speech, language, cognition, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Work closely with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient progress
- Educate residents and families regarding treatment goals and care plans
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Washington
- Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Skilled nursing or post acute experience preferred but not required
- Full time status required for sign on bonus eligibility
