Little Peas Speech Therapy is seeking a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing clinic.

Position Overview:
This position is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with children and families in an outpatient pediatric setting. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and passionate about supporting children’s functional independence across home, school, and community settings. Experience in pediatric feeding is preferred but not required.
Work responsibilities include:
- Evaluate patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs related to occupational performance
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including speech-language pathologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated
- Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies, techniques, and equipment to support daily functioning
- Complete all required documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in accordance with professional and clinic standards
Required Education/Certification:
- Master’s Degree or PhD in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- NBCOT Certification
- Oregon state license for Occupational Therapy (current and active)
- Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of pediatric speech therapy experience
Salary Range: $80,000 – $95,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
