Physical Therapist Assistant

What You Will Do
- Assist the Physical Therapist in carrying out individualized treatment plans
- Help residents improve mobility, strength, endurance, and overall function
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team
- Encourage and motivate patients throughout their recovery journey
- Complete documentation accurately and timely
What We Are Looking For
- Current PTA license in the state of Washington
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast paced healthcare setting
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply
