Compensation
- $40 to $65 per hour
- $5,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Hires
- Sign on bonus paid quarterly

Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide physical therapy services to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory standards
- Educate patients and families on therapy programs and recovery goals
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for providing high quality patient care
- Skilled nursing or post acute experience preferred but not required
- Full time availability required for sign on bonus eligibility
